Description

The Double Sided Knife Sharpener is a folding sharpener with two diamond-coated sharpeners. One side has a 360 grit surface for edge setting and the other has an extra-fine 600 grit surface for razor-sharp honing. The honeycombed surface allows you to sharpen knives quickly because the filings are accumulated away from the grit. You can sharpen dry or with water if you choose.
