Return Policy

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or was damaged during shipping, we've got you covered. You may choose either an exchange for the same item or a full refund.

  • Defective items — Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process your exchange or full refund promptly.
  • Shipping damage — A refund will be issued once a damage claim has been filed and completed with the carrier. We will assist you through this process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on items that were accurately described and correctly fulfilled. If the item you received matches what was listed in your order — including the brand, model, UPC, and specifications — it is not eligible for return. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@nautilusarms.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. For damaged shipments, include photos of the item and packaging — this speeds up the carrier claim significantly.

Nautilus Sporting Goods reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above criteria. All returns must be authorized before shipping back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
