This ProMag magazine holds 20 rounds of 9mm and is made for the Ruger Max. It comes in blue.
The ProMag Ruger Max-9 Handgun Magazine is a 20-round replacement and spare magazine built specifically for the Ruger Max-9 9mm Luger pistol giving you a high-capacity feeding option that drops the reload count and keeps you shooting longer. Where the factory Max-9 ships with flush and slightly extended magazines in the single-digit range this ProMag unit stretches capacity to a full 20 rounds of 9mm Luger so you spend more time on target and less time reloading.
Everything about the build is aimed at dependable feeding and long service life. The magazine body is constructed from heat-treated steel finished in protective black oxide a combination that resists wear and corrosion while standing up to the repeated cycling of a defensive or high-volume range pistol. Inside an injection-molded follower rides smoothly against a magazine spring formed from heat-treated stainless steel two details that work together to keep rounds stacking and presenting consistently from the first shot to the last. Dedicated to the Max-9 platform there is no guesswork on fitment. It is engineered to lock in and run in Ruger's 9mm micro-compact without adapters or modification.
As a dedicated Max-9 accessory this magazine earns its place in many roles. For everyday-carry owners it makes a reassuring reload that more than doubles the ammunition on hand compared to a standard flush-fit magazine. Range shooters get to run longer strings between reloads during drills and practice. With all-steel construction rather than polymer the body features added rigidity at the feed lips and a reassuring heft when seating the magazine. The black oxide finish helps the steel shrug off the moisture sweat and handling that come with regular carry and range use. Built in the USA the RUG-A50 is a straightforward way to keep a proven pistol fed without hunting for factory extended mags.
For Max-9 owners who want extended capacity without sacrificing reliability this ProMag magazine is a smart affordable way to add depth to your rotation. Whether you're loading up for a long practice session topping off a training kit or keeping a spare on hand for your everyday carry pistol the 20-round steel body and USA-made construction make it a magazine you can trust to run when it counts.
